This beautiful local leg of lamb roast is complimented by flavorful sauces and sides from our kitchen. Serving 8-10 people, this roast is the perfect centerpiece for your spring table!
One raw, boneless leg of Boek House pasture-raised lamb rubbed with our herb mix and sent with cooking instructions to roast at home (GF, DF). Please note that this roast will take apx two hours in the oven!
