Our Central Coast Easter supper starts with the most humanely treated, pasture-raised lamb that we could find, supplied by our friends at Boek House in Ojai. These beautiful local racks are complimented by freshly made sauces and sides from our kitchen. Each kit includes:
One raw rack of Boek House pasture-raised lamb rubbed with our herb mix and sent with cooking instructions to roast at home (GF, DF). Each half rack will have 4 ribs. For groups of two with bigger appetites, we recommend a full rack.
