We’re sourcing our Thanksgiving ducks from Liberty Ducks in Sonoma, whop raise a strain of Pekin Duck that was developed in Denmark and is suited to a slower, less stressful style of rearing. Ducks are pasture-raised, hormone & antibiotic-free and pasture raised.
Ducks weigh in at 5-6lbs and are priced at $12/lb. Never previously frozen.
On your way to check out you will be able to let us know if you would like your duck brined or spatchcocked.
ALL HOLIDAY PRE-ORDERS REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT. Your final total will be charged upon pick up based on weight.
